The Riad lived up to every expectation I had during our stay. It was truly an oasis each day of quiet and seclusion, and the attention by the owner and staff was exceptional. I loved the mint tea and orange blossom water on our arrival. I would recommend this Riad to everyone without exception.

    Superb

The riad has been extremely well restored and the decor was amazing. Well worth a visit even if you don´t stay. The food was very good too.

The hammam, jacuzzi and spa facilities were over priced for guests.

    Fabulous

The riad itself is beautiful including the public areas and the rooms. We stayed in one of the big rooms, which turned out to be really big and spaceous. The staff is very service oriented as well...

We paid 60 Euros for a dinner for two, which was really not worth the money compared to alternatives in the city. Compared to other riads, it was managed more like a hotel chain rather than a causy riad.

    Very good

This Riad is really beautiful and luxurious, I mean the garden and the atmosphere. The rooms are nice, but a bit too dark and the bathroom a little bit smelly, once there is no window on it. The manager is the only member of the staff that speaks english, the rest speaks french, but it was not a problem because the manager stays there the whole day and night. The breakfast is good and the location is also convenient, 5 minutes by walk you are already in the Medina (south gate) and if you wanna go to the north gate, where the restaurants are, it is 15 minutes walk or you can take a taxi that will costs 1€.

Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Interior was well decorated and the great trouble to restore this Riad definitely paid off as it looks fabulous inside. The manager was very friendly and a great host. Also the food was great.

Very beautifull, hard to find but its the entrance bab sjid you need. Then its okay. At night dangerous so better stay in this little palace after 22.00 to have drinks. Because its in the middle of old city medina.

The staff at the Riad were absolutely amazing. The hospitality was great; they were not only friendly and curteous but eager and willing to assist with tour guides or any other needs we had.

The Riad is beautiful. The Manager speaks English, very friendly and helpful. We were really glad to take his advice to use guide since we had only one day to spend in the city. The guide (her name is Bedia) and she was very good and professional.

This place is like a dream. The staff including - Carder and Lamia- were so professional, pleasant and helpful. The owner was also a lovely man. They made sure I enjoyed my stay and provided excellent English guides for me. And the food - amazing! I can't think of anything negative to say!

A great Riad code to the medina. The only negative is that their dinner is to expencive (but good) - cheapest from 300 dhiram. (Outside you can eat for less than 100.

Although the brass name plate on the entrance door was discretely impressive, it didn't prepare me for how elegant the riad was -- the entranceway hallway was beautiful tiled and the piece de resistance was the grand chamber with a really lovely swimming pool bookended by salons where either breakfast or dinner were served. I was shown to my room, which I didn't realize was a small twin-bed room. Although it was quite pretty, I did ask to have my room changed as I was looking for a different experience where I did need to luxuriate in my room and relax. A phone call was made and they very graciously obliged me. Fortunately, that room was really a suite with a nice sitting area located on the first floor so I could hear the hypnotic sounds of the water flowing in the fountain in the center of the adjacent courtyard. The hotel arranges guides, also. My first day I didn't mind getting "lost" discovering Fez; however, I was on a somewhat tight time schedule my second day and was grateful for the services of a guide so I could maneuver around and he knew shortcuts and so forth.
